VIJAYAWADA: The enlightening session worked like a magic pill permeating deep into their minds an extraordinary power that shattered the psychological barriers, which had been contributing to a stunted growth of their overall personality.
“Knowledge is power. Today, the industry is looking for smart, hard-working and a committed employee with an overall perspective of things around. Don’t wait for opportunities to come your way. Think out of the box, make an all-out effort and find your own path.
The world is yours,” said M.R.K. Murthy, CEO of the city-based ‘Campus Careers’, at a career guidance workshop organised for the final year degree students by the Andhra Loyola College Alumni Association (ALCAA), on Sunday.
Fr. Devaiah auditorium on the college campus became an enlightenment zone where students absorbed tips on life skills doled out by the resource persons.
Speaking on “Corporate Expectations & Employability”, Mr. Murthy emphasised the need for students to inculcate that ‘extra something’ to attract the employers.
