Eligibilty for LAWCET -2009 : 3 year LLB/BL should have passed two year intermediate examination (10+2 pattern0 with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the university concerned or the Board of intermediate education ,AP.

Note : There is a relaxation of 50% of marks in the above qualifying examination for 3year/5 year law course in favour of the candiates bolonging to SC/ST.

1. A candiate appering for the above qualifying examinations may also take the law common entrance test in anticipation of results. In case of such students who apperar for the entrance test,pending the result of the qualifying examination ,their securing eligible marks in the said qualifying examinations.

2. The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation through open universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses.

3 AGE on admission:(a) Subject to the conditions stipulated by the govt of AP on this behalf ,the maximum age for seeking admission into 5 years law degree program is limited to twenty years in case of genral category of applicants from SC,ST and other backward communities.

(b) Subject to the condotions stipulated by the govt of AP the maximum age for seeking admission into 3 years law degree program is limited to thirty years in case of genral category of applicants and to thirty five years in case of applicants from SC,ST and other back ward  communities.
