Diplomas given
Five candidates of Helen Keller’s Training College for the Teachers of the Deaf have passed the Diploma in Special Education (Hearing Impaired) in distinction, 13 in first division and one in second division, its principal-cum-coordinator P. Dowlath Khan said. Of the 20 candidates who wrote the exams, 19 passed, he said. Vineet Kumar Singh secured 84.6 per cent and S. Syamala Devi secured 82.7 per cent bagging the first and second positions.
